Lawful basis
We process your data based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you tick the box and submit the form.
Purpose
We use your information only to contact you about Lumi's launch and our Beta. We do not send third-party advertising and we never sell your data.
Data we collect
Email and city if you are a dog owner. If you are a professional, also your business name, the services you offer, how you currently handle bookings and any comments you share.
Storage
Submissions are delivered by email through Resend (data processor) and kept in our inbox for as long as needed to contact you about the Beta.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us.
